The company's shares currently carry a face value of ₹10 each.
Maharashtra Scooters has fixed September 22 as the record date for this interim dividend.
The recent dividend, declared by Maharashtra Scooters, will be credited to eligible shareholders on or around October 13, 2025, the company said in an exchange filing.
Earlier in April this year, the company had announced a final dividend of ₹30 per share, and another special dividend of ₹30 for financial year 2025.
Shares of Maharashtra Scooters will trade ex-dividend on the day or a day before the record date.
When a company goes ex-dividend on a particular date, its stock does not carry the value of the next dividend payment. An ex-dividend date also dictates which shareholders are eligible to receive the dividend payment.
Maharashtra Scooters is involved in the manufacturing of automobile parts and equipment. The company producers pressure die casting dies, jigs and fixture products for two and three-wheelers.
Shares of Maharashtra Scooters are trading 1.20% higher on Monday at ₹18,195.
