Muhurat Trading 2025 Timings: Every year, the mainboard stock exchanges BSE and NSE conduct a special trading session -- usually one hour long -- on the occasion of Diwali. This session provides market participants with a special window to carry out trades on the first day of the new year as per the Hindu Samvat calendar. Each year, BSE and NSE announce this day, along with other market holidays. However, the exact timings of the session are notified only a few weeks in advance.
This year is no exception. BSE and NSE have revealed the timings of Muhurat trading on October 21.
BSE and NSE will conduct the special Muhurat trading session from 1:45 pm to 2:45 pm on Tuesday, October 21, Zee Business reported.

Muhurat trading is a special, auspicious trading session that stock exchanges on Dalal Street hold every year on Diwali.
