Revenue for the quarter grew 9.6% YoY to ₹2,343 crore, up from ₹2,138 crore a year earlier.
The company’s operating performance improved notably, with EBITDA increasing 23.7% YoY to ₹411.6 crore from ₹332.8 crore in Q3FY25. EBITDA margin expanded to 17.6% compared with 15.6% in the same quarter last year.
Lifestyle brands contributed ₹2,002 crore, up 9%, led by robust multi-channel performance, while the emerging business portfolio grew 13% YoY, or 19%, excluding Forever 21 from the base quarter. Nine-month YTD revenue stood at ₹6,222 crore, up 6% over the previous-year quarter.

Retail like-to-like (LTL) sales increased 6% across ABLBL's 3,000+ store network, marking the sixth consecutive quarter of strong retail growth. Emerging brands delivered double-digit LTL growth, while e-commerce and wholesale channels also posted double-digit YoY growth.
Lifestyle brands’ margins increased approximately 90 bps to 20.6%, while the emerging business portfolio margins expanded 790 bps YoY. For the nine-month period, margins expanded about 100 bps to reach 16.9%.
ABLBL continued to expand its retail footprint, adding 90+ gross stores during the quarter, bringing the total presence to 3,315 stores covering approximately 4.8 million square feet.

Lifestyle brands added 70+ stores, focusing on premiumisation and expanding casualwear assortments to enhance engagement with younger consumers. Emerging brands added 20+ stores, taking their total to 375+, while delivering 16% retail LTL growth and expanding EBITDA margins.
Shares of Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Ltd ended at ₹104.50, up by ₹1.60, or 1.55%, on the BSE today, February 2.
