Advait Energy Transitions Limited said on Friday, April 10 that it has received bid confirmation as the L1 (lowest) successful bidder for a turnkey contract under the jurisdiction of Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL).
The tender pertains to the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11KV 55mm² AAAC Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC), along with accessories and additional poles if required, under the Vanbandhu Kalyan Yojana-2 (VKY-2) scheme or other schemes.

The company stated that the confirmation was received on April 9, 2026, for Tender Reference: DGVCL/SD&P/MVCC/VKY-2/202601.
Advait Energy Transitions added that further details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, will be disclosed separately upon receipt of the Letter of Intent or Award.
Earlier on April 2, firm had informed that its wholly owned subsidiary, Advait Energy Holdings AS, domiciled in Norway, has been wound up and liquidated with effect from March 31, 2026.
Shares of Advait Energy Transitions Limited climbed 3.53% to ₹1,872.90 on April 10, 2026, reflecting positive market reaction during the trading session, with the stock gaining ₹63.80 by close.
