Revenue from operations grew 6.7% year-on-year to ₹3,467 crore from ₹3,250.7 crore. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) declined 13.6% to ₹374.31 crore, against ₹433.04 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company’s EBITDA margin stood at 10.8%, compared with 13.3% a year ago.

The board of directors has declared an interim dividend of ₹5.40 per equity share, representing 540% of the face value of Re.1 each, fully paid up, for the financial year 2025-26. The interim dividend is scheduled to be paid on or before December 5, 2025.
