Bajaj Finance Q3 Results Preview: Credit cost, AUM guidance in spotlight; key earnings expectations

Bajaj Finance Q3 Result Preview: Bajaj Finance Ltd., India’s largest consumer-focused NBFC, will announce its December-quarter results this week. Investors will track asset quality, credit costs and growth guidance closely, amid signs of stress in parts of the retail and MSME loan book.

Bajaj Finance Ltd. will announce its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, this week. The company said in a stock exchange filing that its board of directors will meet on Tuesday, February 3, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the period.

The trading window for dealing in Bajaj Finance securities was closed on January 1, 2026. It will remain shut until February 5, 2026, both days inclusive, for designated persons and their immediate relatives or dependents, company informed in an exchange filing.

As per Zee Business Research, Bajaj Finance is expected to report a stable performance in the December quarter.

Guidance cut and margin outlook

In the September quarter, Bajaj Finance posted strong growth across key metrics.

Bajaj Finance shares have seen near-term pressure but strong long-term gains. Over the past one week, the stock is down 2.78 per cent. It has fallen 8.93 per cent in one month and is lower by 7.30 per cent on a year-to-date basis. In contrast, the longer horizon trend remains positive. The stock is up 12.75 per cent over one year, has gained 57.76 per cent in three years, and has delivered a strong 74.37 per cent return over the past five years

The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 1,102.50 on October 23, 2025, and a 52-week low of Rs 778.44 on February 1, 2025.

At 1 pm on Monday, Bajaj Finance shares were trading at Rs 903.25 on the NSE, up Rs 0.90, or 0.10 per cent, from the previous close.
