Bajaj Finance Q4 Results Update:The largecap non-banking finance company (NBFC) today (Tuesday, April 29, 2025) announced its fourth-quarter (January-March quarter results). Among its major decisions were a stock split, issuing bonus shares, and announcing a final dividend.

The board of directors on Tuesday approved the split of 1 shares into 2.

The NBFC announced a 12/share special dividend with Rs 44/share final dividend.

The NBFC stock ended the trading session on Tuesday flat at Rs 9,089.30.

The stock has jumped by 33.13 per cent in the 1-year period.

The Nifty 50 benchmark, meanwhile, has risen by 7.47 per cent.
