Belrise Industries, an automotive systems manufacturer, was listed on the stock exchanges on May 28, 2025.
The rally came after a sizeable transaction took place in the block deal window before market opening. According to a Zee Business report, around 5.83 crore shares, representing 6.55 per cent equity, changed hands in a block deal worth about Rs 897 crore.

Sentiment was further boosted after the company announced a strategic agreement with Plasan Sasa, a global player in advanced armour and survivability solutions.

ATEMM, or All-Terrain Electric Mission Module, is a self-propelled electric platform. It is designed to enhance payload capacity, energy efficiency, survivability, and mobility for modern armed forces.
The collaboration aims to deliver mission-ready solutions customised for the requirements of the Indian defence sector.
The partnership aligns with the government’s Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat initiatives. It includes plans for localised production and technology transfer.
Beyond India, Belrise Industries will also become part of Plasan’s global supply chain, supporting cost-effective manufacturing of advanced systems in India for international markets.
