Berger Paints Q4 FY25 Results, BERGEPAINT Dividend News: Berger Paints, a Kolkata-headquarter private sector paintmaker, on Wednesday reported a net profit of Rs 262 crore for the quarter ended March 31, an increase of 15.3 per cent over the corresponding period a year ago. Its March-quarter revenue grew 7.3 per cent to Rs 2,704 crore on a year-on-year basis, according to a regulatory filing. The paintmaker declared a dividend payout of 380 per cent.
The company met the mark in both top-line and bottom-line terms.
According to Zee Business research, Berger Paints was estiamated to register a fourth-quarter net profit of Rs 237 crore with quarterly revenue at Rs 2,631 crore.
The paint manufacturer announced a dividend of Rs 3.8 per equity share, a 380 per cent payout given the face value of Re 1 per equity share.
The paint company's margin expanded by 190 basis points (bps) on a year-on-year basis.
For the quarter ended March 31, 2025, its margin came in at 15.8 per cent, as against 13.9 per cent a year ago, according to the filing.
The Berger Paints stock, traded on stock exchanges BSE and NSE with the symbol BERGEPAINT, gained by as much as Rs 22, or 4.0 per cent, to Rs 564.8 apiece on BSE.
