Bharti Airtel declares Rs 16/share final dividend; check out details

Bharti Airtel Dividend 2025: Telecom giant Bharti Airtel on Tuesday announced a final dividend of 320 per cent for the financial year 2024–25.

The telecom firm has declared a dividend of Rs 16 per share with a face value of Rs 5, translating to 320 per cent.

"The Board has considered and recommended a final dividend of Rs 16 per fully paid-up equity share of face value Rs 5 each and Rs 4 per partly paid-up equity share of face value Rs 5 each for the financial year 2024–25. The dividend is in proportion to the amount paid-up on each equity share of face value Rs 5 each," the company said.

Bharti Airtel said that the dividend will be credited to investors' or shareholders' accounts within 30 days.

"The above final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, shall be credited within 30 days from the date of the meeting," the telecom firm said.

Bharti Airtel, a major telecom service provider, reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 11,022 crore for the quarter ended March 31, a 25.4 per cent decline compared to the previous quarter.

The company’s revenue for the fourth quarter of FY25 stood at Rs 47,876 crore, reflecting a 6.1 per cent increase from the previous quarter, as per a regulatory filing.

Zee Business had estimated Bharti Airtel’s net profit for the March quarter at Rs 6,078 crore, with revenue expected at Rs 48,194 crore.

Shares of the telecom stock ended around 2.5 per cent lower at Rs 1,824.50 apiece on the NSE.
