In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, BHEL posted a net loss of ₹211 crore.
The company's revenue from operations increased 0.4% to ₹5,486.9 crore as against ₹5,484.9 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.
The results came after the close of the market hours.
