Bihar Elections 2025: The Bihar election's initial round of voting is set for November 6, during which the electorate in 18 districts and 121 constituencies will make their vote. The counting of votes has been scheduled by the Election Commission for November 14, which will signify the conclusion of the awaited state elections.
As per the official figures, a total of more than 7.4 crore voters are entitled to participate in the election, and among them are about 14 lakh new voters who will be voting for the first time.
In the first phase, 1,314 candidates are in the fray after the nomination process concluded in October. The filing of nominations October 17, followed by scrutiny on October 18, and the last date for withdrawal of candidature was October .
