The stock, which closed previously at ₹22.96, opened at ₹23.23 and touched an intraday high of ₹24.45.

In a regulatory filing, the company said it has received a Letter of Intent from the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India, for the grant of Unified License (Virtual Network Operator) – ISP Category "A" authorisation for National Area Service.

The authorisation, subject to fulfilment of regulatory requirements including entry fee payment, bank guarantee submission and execution of the licence agreement, will enable the company to provide internet services across India.

According to the company, the licence marks a key milestone in its strategy to build a nationwide next-generation digital and data-centre-led infrastructure platform integrating AI-native data centres, sovereign cloud and secure connectivity.

With the Unified License (VNO) – ISP Category "A" authorisation, Blue Cloud Softech said it will deliver enterprise-grade, high-speed internet and secure network services nationwide, connecting businesses, government institutions and remote locations under a unified and scalable digital network. The company also plans to integrate network connectivity with data centre and cloud infrastructure to create a unified digital ecosystem supporting seamless digital operations, workload management, remote office connectivity and business continuity.

As part of its strategic expansion, the company outlined accelerated deployment of AI-powered data centres, including hyperscale, edge and micro facilities, along with establishment of micro and modular data centres in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. It also plans development of SME-focused distributed data centre infrastructure and a connectivity-led ecosystem combining ISP backbone, cloud infrastructure and AI compute capabilities.

The roadmap further includes deployment of 5G Fixed Wireless Access (5G FWA) infrastructure, enablement of Private Mobile Networks (PMN) and Captive Non-Public Networks (CNPN), expansion of Managed Surveillance Services leveraging its proprietary BCS AccessGenie platform, and creation of a scalable national digital infrastructure platform integrating connectivity, compute, storage, AI and managed services.
