Pidilite's board will also be considering its results for the June quarter, along with the proposal to issue bonus shares for its shareholders.

This will be the first bonus issue that Pidilite will be issuing for its shareholders after a decade-and-a-half. The last instance of the company issuing free shares was back in March 2010, when it had declared a 1:1 bonus, meaning shareholders had received one bonus share for every one share they held as on the record date

Record date for the said bonus issue is also yet to be declared.

Pidilite has regularly paid dividends to its shareholders, having paid ₹20, ₹16 and ₹11 per share in 2025, 2024 and 2023 respectively.

Back in 2018, Pidilite had also carried out a buyback of its equity shares, fixing a price of ₹1,000 per share to repurchase the stock.

For the June quarter, Pidilite is expected to report a 9% revenue growth and a 7.5% growth in its Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA).

Overall volume growth for the quarter is seen between 8% and 10% during the quarter, according to a CNBC-TV18 poll.

Shares of Pidilite are currently trading little changed at ₹2,994.
