Two of the three projects will be integrated within larger township developments, enabling residents to access shared social infrastructure and amenities. The communities will feature age-focused facilities such as wellness centres, hobby lounges, medical bays, accessible pathways, concierge services and curated engagement programmes.
Managing Director Pavitra Shankar said the partnership builds on the company’s earlier senior living venture, Parkside at Brigade Orchards, operational since 2017. Primus Founder and Managing Director Adarsh Narahari said the collaboration aims to expand its health-focused senior living model within multigenerational environments.
South India accounts for nearly 60% of the country’s senior living market growth, according to the company. The combined portfolio under the partnership is expected to comprise over 600 units.

Separately, Brigade said the World Trade Center Bengaluru has received a Platinum certification from WiredScore for digital connectivity standards, making it India’s first WiredScore Platinum-certified World Trade Center.
