Brigade Enterprises Ltd on Friday said its Twin Towers project in North-West Bengaluru has received a ₹126 crore investment from Shruti Pai, Creative Director at Manipal Education and Medical Group International India Pvt. Ltd.
The transaction, disclosed under Regulation 30 filings, highlights growing confidence in the region’s commercial real estate market, which has seen rapid growth in office absorption and infrastructure development.
Located close to Kempegowda International Airport, the Green Line Metro, and the upcoming Peripheral Ring Road, Brigade Twin Towers has become a sought-after destination for high-value occupiers and investors.
The developer noted that it was among the first to drive commercial growth in the corridor through projects such as the World Trade Centre Bengaluru.
According to a Meraqi-Brigade study, North Bengaluru is expected to account for nearly 30% of India’s total office absorption by the second half of 2025. The city itself led national office leasing in the first half of the year, with a 28% share.
Ahead of the announcement, shares of Brigade Enterprises ended at ₹936 on the NSE, down 1.81%.
