PNB Housing Finance Limited

Quality Investment Holdings PCC has fully exited its position (10.43%) in PNB Housing Finance, offloading a substantial 2.7 crore shares in two tranches at Rs 1,000.20 apiece. The total stake sale was absorbed in part by Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund, which acquired over 21.7 lakh shares at the same price, signalling continued institutional interest in the mortgage lender even as long-time investors move out. The stock closed at Rs 1,050, higher by 4.02 percent from the last close.

Several marquee institutional investors participated in the PNB Housing Finance block deal. Buyers included Singularity Holdings, Viridian Asia Opportunities Master Fund, Al Mehawar Commercial Investments, ASK Absolute Return Fund, Aurigin Master Fund, Axis Mutual Fund, Bank of India Mutual Fund, Canara Robeco Mutual Fund, Carmignac Portfolio, Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius, Cohesion MK Best Ideas Sub-Trust, Discovery Global Opportunity Mauritius, and DSP Mutual Fund.

Vaishali Pharma Limited

Noted entrepreneur Nishant Pitti sold over 15.4 lakh shares of Vaishali Pharma at Rs 13.08, possibly signalling a complete or partial exit. The large block hints at an important shift in the company’s shareholder structure.

Resourceful Automobile Limited

Plutus Capital Management LLP picked up 30,000 shares in Resourceful Automobile Ltd at Rs 70.26, showing interest from a prominent investor in a niche automotive player.

Expo Gas Containers Limited

Aegis Investment Fund made a fresh entry or added to its position in Expo Gas Containers by buying 2.48 lakh shares at Rs 60, reflecting confidence in the company’s prospects in the industrial gas container segment.

Gujarat Natural Resources Limited

Prime Venture Growth Fund-I sold 6.5 lakh shares in Gujarat Natural Resources Ltd at Rs 46.76, hinting at a strategic exit or profit booking from the oil & gas exploration player.

ATC Energies System Limited

In a relatively balanced trade, Yuvraj Chandresh Shah purchased 1.99 lakh shares of ATC Energies at Rs 100.53, while Craft Emerging Market Fund PCC–Citadel Capital Fund exited by selling 2.14 lakh shares at the same price, indicating a clean transfer of stake between a fund and a high-net-worth individual.

Globe International Carriers Limited

Core4 Marcom Private Limited sold 1.29 lakh shares of Globe Intl Carriers at an average price of Rs 84.52. The absence of any visible buyer in the data suggests this was likely absorbed by the broader market or multiple smaller buyers.

Godha Cabcon Limited

A massive 56.9 lakh shares of Godha Cabcon were dumped by investor Alkaben Pradipkumar Shah at just Rs 0.76 per share. The steeply low price and size of the transaction point to a distress sale or a strategic exit from an illiquid counter.

Grand Continent Hotels Limited

Anil Yadav acquired 1.5 lakh shares in Grand Continent Hotels at Rs 169.45, indicating bullish sentiment or a strategic interest in the hospitality player.

Jay Bee Laminations Limited

There was heavy action in Jay Bee Laminations, with Mansi Share and Stock Advisors Pvt Ltd both buying and selling—acquiring 1.25 lakh shares at Rs 209.98 and offloading 46,500 shares at Rs 206.73. Meanwhile, Capri Global Holdings Pvt Ltd sold 1.76 lakh shares at Rs 210.03. The back-and-forth trading hints at profit booking and short-term position adjustments.

Mahickra Chemical Limited 

In Mahickra Chemical, Hetal Mahendrabhai Sardhara bought 42,000 shares at Rs 110.50, while Shah Jigar Atul exited 48,750 shares at Rs 110.27, suggesting a handover of shares at near-identical valuations.

Achyut Healthcare Limited

Multitude Growth Funds Limited sold 22.99 lakh shares in Achyut Healthcare at just Rs 3.55, possibly signalling an exit from a small-cap position with low trading volumes.
