After delivering smartphones, groceries, toys, the quick commerce firm Zepto is now offering to buy land in 10 minutes as the startup signs deal with The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), a land developer. The collaboration reflects Zepto’s commitment to speed and convenience, and HoABL’s mission to make land ownership accessible, transparent, secure, and convenient.
"Timed to launch on the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami, the campaign introduces premium plots in the spiritual heart of Vrindavan, now discoverable through the Zepto app. HoABL already offers a fully digital experience through its own app where customers can explore, select, purchase, and track plots end-to-end. The Zepto partnership enhances accessibility further, allowing customers to discover and engage with HoABL’s offerings on a platform they already use daily," the company said in an official statement.
With just a few taps, users can browse available land, initiate an inquiry, and connect with a HoABL expert via video consultation, all within minutes.
Importantly, HoABL’s payment structure is designed to be easy on the pocket. Buyers can begin with a small, fully refundable token amount that serves as an expression of interest, ensuring flexibility to step back at any stage if they choose. Subsequent payments are structured in a staggered manner, making land ownership more accessible and stress-free.
HpABL was founded in 2020 by Abhinandan Lodha. In just five years, the company claims to have sold about 11 million sq.ft. of developed land—all without meeting a single customer face-to-face and ahead of promised timelines. The company has expanded its footprint across prime locations such as Alibaug, Anjarle, Ayodhya, Varanasi, Dapoli, Goa, Khopoli, Nagpur, and Neral in Maharashtra, with upcoming developments in Amritsar, Shimla, and Varanasi.
HoABL’s customer base of over 6,000 investors spans 27 countries, 23 states, and 107 cities—including India’s top metros and international hubs such as New York, London, Singapore, Dubai, Sydney, Tokyo, and Toronto—underscoring the company’s scale, trust, and credibility in the land ownership space.
Founded in 2021 by Aadit Palicha and Kaivalya Vohra, Zepto offers an extensive range of over 45,000 products, from fresh groceries to electronics, beauty essentials, apparels, toys and more, delivering across 70+ cities in 10 minute.
