Datamatics Global Q1 Results | Net profit, revenue see double-digit growth; margins expandEBITDA jumped 30.8% to ₹78.1 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal over ₹59.7 crore year-on-year. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, Datamatics Global Services Ltd posted a net profit of ₹43.5 crore. The company's revenue from operations surged 18.7% to ₹467.5 crore against ₹394 crore last year.
EBITDA jumped 30.8% to ₹78.1 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal over ₹59.7 crore year-on-year. The EBITDA margin stood at 16.7% compared to 15.1% in Q1FY25.

Rahul Kanodia, Vice Chairman and CEO, said, "We delivered a healthy performance in Q1FY26, reporting revenue of ₹467.6 crore, an 18.7% increase year-on-year. EBITDA stood at ₹75.9 crore, reflecting a 47.7% growth year-on-year. Despite a subdued discretionary spending environment, we maintained a healthy margin, supported by ongoing cost optimisation initiatives. We remain focused on sustaining this momentum through the rest of FY26."
The results came after the close of the market hours. Shares of Datamatics Global Services Ltd ended at ₹1,049.90, down by ₹2.75 or 0.26%, on the BSE today (August 6).
