The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has officially launched the Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025, a special housing scheme exclusively for all serving and retired government servants, including employees of the Central Government, State Governments, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Public Sector Banks (PSBs), local bodies, autonomous bodies, universities, and similar government institutions, marking a key addition to its 2025 housing initiatives.
Under the Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025, DDA will offer 1,168 newly constructed flats located in Pocket-9, Sector A1 to A4, Narela (New Delhi) for disposal. The circular confirms that the flats are being made available on a first-come, first-serve basis (FCFS) and include 1-BHK, 2-BHK and 3-BHK units.
The unique feature of the scheme is a 25 per cent price concession across all categories on the disposal cost of these flats compared to the Authority’s standard rates, making home purchase more affordable for eligible applicants.
"The flats are brand new, of top quality construction and situated in a well-planned developing residential hub with excellent connectivity, including proximity to Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II), GT Karnal Road and dotted with metro stations of the approved Rithala-Narela-Kundli Metro corridor, ensuring easy access to Central Delhi and surrounding areas," DDA said.
According to the DDA circular:
1 BHK flats: Approx Rs 34.03 lakh to Rs 34.28 lakh
2 BHK flats: Approx Rs 79.81 lakh to Rs 88.16 lakh
3 BHK flats: Approx Rs 114.57 lakh to Rs 127.11 lakh
These figures reflect the 25 per cent price concession under the Karmayogi Awaas Yojana, excluding maintenance charges.
