Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is all set to attend the World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit (WAVES) on Thursday. The four-day event is scheduled to be held in Mumbai, bringing the entire media and entertainment sector together.

However, Deepika has recently reflected on her outfit she is wearing for the event. The actress took to her Instagram and shared two photos giving a glimpse of her look for the event. Alongside the photos, she wrote in the caption, “En route… @wavesummitindia! Let’s do this! @narendramodi @mib_india.”

The actress opted for a monochromatic traditional outfit consisting of a straight-cut kurta. The beige kurta is adorned with subtle embroidery and matching threadwork.

She paired the kurta with a matching tapered trousers that also feature cutwork embroidery at the cuffs. She draped a sheer dupatta over her shoulder, complementing the outfit’s overall aesthetic.

Deepika completed her outfit with nude heels and chandelier earrings. She elevated her look with subtle makeup with smoky eyes and kept her hair pulled back in a low bun.

The 2025 WAVES Summit will be attended by prominent actors, including Hema Malini, Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Rajinikanth, Aamir Khan, and Karan Johar, among others.

On the work front, the actress was last seen in Kalki 2898-AD alongside Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, and Disha Patani, among others. The actress currently doesn’t have a confirmed project in her pipeline as she is focusing on raising her daughter. However, there are rumours that she will star in a Telugu film, Love 4 Ever.
