Dharan Infra-EPC Ltd signs Rs.215-crore supply agreement with Skymax Infrapower Ltd

Dharan Infra-EPC Limited (BSE: 541161), which is formerly known as KBC Global Ltd, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Dharan Infra Solar Pvt. Ltd., has recently executed a supply agreement with Skymax Infrapower Limited, Uttar Pradesh. The contract value is approximately Rs 215 crore.

The agreement mainly covers the design, engineering, procurement, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 75 MW Alley Solar Project. This project will be developed across 9 sites in the Nanded district of Maharashtra. It is expected to be completed during FY 2025-26 to FY 2026-27. This is a non-related party transaction carried out in the ordinary course of business.

Under This Agreement, Dharan Infra Solar Private limited will undertake the design, Supply and Installation of Plant Equipment, structures and related works for setting up and operating a 75 MW (AC) / 95.10 MWp (DC) grid-interactive, Ground-mounted solar photovoltaic power project at nine sites located in Nanded district, Maharashtra.

On August 31, 2025, they got a second major contract from Skymax Infrapower Ltd., the company had secured EPC contracts worth Rs. 1171.21 crore from Skymax Infra Power Limited, for the work-related infrastructure development and renewable-linked EPC works at Orvakal Industrial Park, Andhra Pradesh. The execution is scheduled through March 31, 2027, nearly 80 per cent of the scope involving international procurement of plant and machinery. This milestone adds to Dharan Infra-EPC’s execution track record, enhances order book visibility and strengthens its position in the green energy sector.

In August 2025, the company set up a wholly owned subsidiary, Dharan Infra Solar Private Limited, located in Nashik, Maharashtra. This new venture is mainly focus to work in the renewable energy and solar power space with a focus on designing, manufacturing and developing solar modules, hybrid systems and other related technologies.

Earlier, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Dharan Infra Solar Pvt. Ltd, was awarded solar EPC work contracts aggregating to Rs. 262.10 crore. This awarded contracts are for the development of a grid connected solar power plant for the solarization of segregated agriculture feeders at distribution substations across multiple districts in Uttar Pradesh. Meanwhile, April 30, 2026, is the target date for completion of this project’s execution. With this, the company solidifies its position in the green energy space.

After that company has planned its financial restructuring efforts, they reached a One Time Settlement (OTS) with the Central Bank of India in June 2025. It has already made an upfront payment of rs.43 lakh, which accounts for 10% of the total settlement amount. The balance will be cleared in three planned installments, with the final payment expected to be completed by January 31, 2026.
