The order is valued at ₹236.71 crore, inclusive of taxes, and is to be executed by 30 June 2026, according to the company’s exchange filing.

The award is on a kilometre-rate basis with price variation formulae, reflecting the large-scale requirements of the Jamnagar project. Diamond Power clarified that the contract does not constitute a related party transaction and that its promoter group has no interest in Adani Energy.

On Friday, shares of Diamond Power Infrastructure closed at ₹149.25 apiece on the NSE, up 1.23% from the previous close.

The company, headquartered in Gujarat, positions this win as a significant boost to its order book and a reaffirmation of its capabilities in India’s power transmission sector.
