On May 30, FIIs recorded net sales of ₹6,449.74 crore, with gross purchases at ₹44,434.53 crore and sales at ₹50,884.27 crore, according to exchange data. In contrast, DIIs reported strong net buying of ₹9,095.91 crore, purchasing ₹20,673.18 crore worth of equities while selling ₹11,577.27 crore.

For the week, FIIs posted cumulative net inflows of ₹388.64 crore, supported by moderate buying earlier in the week. The largest inflow came on May 28, with FIIs net buying ₹4,662.92 crore, followed by ₹884.03 crore on May 29. However, Friday’s outflow more than offset gains from the previous two sessions.

DIIs continued their aggressive accumulation through the week, with net purchases totaling ₹33,144.78 crore from May 26 to May 30. The most substantial DII inflows were seen on May 27 (₹10,104.66 crore) and May 28 (₹7,911.99 crore), signaling consistent domestic support amid volatile global cues.

Month-to-date, FIIs have recorded net equity inflows of ₹11,773.25 crore, while DIIs have added ₹67,642.34 crore worth of domestic shares.

Analysts said domestic flows have remained resilient due to strong retail participation and supportive macro indicators, while FIIs turned cautious ahead of key global economic data and election results.
