By Poonam Behura August 21, 2025, 6:44:42 PM IST (Published)1 Min ReadEnviro Infra Engineers Ltd said on Thursday its subsidiary EIE Renewables Pvt Ltd has acquired Vento Power Infra Pvt Ltd from PTC India Financial Services Ltd for about ₹115.6 crore in cash.
The acquisition was completed on Aug 20 and gives Enviro Infra 100% ownership of the target company, which develops renewable energy projects, the firm said in an exchange filing.
Vento Power Infra, incorporated in 2015, is developing a 40 MW solar power project in Bolangir district of Odisha with a tariff of ₹4.1 per unit over 18 years. The company reported turnover of ₹16.5 crore in FY24 and a net worth of negative ₹79.2 crore.
Enviro Infra said the deal aligns with its long-term strategy to expand into renewable and sustainable energy. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India advised on the sell side, while Saraf and Partners acted as legal advisor.
Shares of Enviro Infra ended up 1.5% at ₹259.60 on the BSE.
