Shares of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Enginers Ltd ended at ₹1,915.05, up by ₹94.65, or 5.20%, on the BSE.By Jomy Jos Pullokaran May 13, 2025, 7:49:07 PM IST (Updated)2 Min ReadDefence PSU Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Enginers (GRSE) Ltd on Tuesday, May 13, logged a 118.9% year-on-year (YoY) spike in net profit at ₹244.2 crore for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2025. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company posted a net profit of ₹111.6 crore.
The company's revenue from operations zoomed 61.7% YoY to ₹1,642 crore against ₹1,015.7 crore. EBITDA jumped 141.8% to ₹219 crore over ₹90.6 crore a year ago.

EBITDA margin expanded to 13.3% from 8.9%.
Garden Reach reported a profit before tax (PBT) of ₹324 crore, more than doubling from ₹153 crore in the same quarter last year, marking a YoY growth of 112%. Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at ₹21.32, up from ₹9.74 in Q4 FY24.
The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹4.90 per equity share for FY25, subject to the approval of the shareholders. The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the 109th AGM of the company.

The results came after the close of the market hours. Shares of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Enginers Ltd ended at ₹1,915.05, up by ₹94.65, or 5.20%, on the BSE.
