The company's profit after tax was up 37% at ₹94.92 crore in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025 from ₹69.4 crore in the year-ago period.
Its revenue, including other income, was up 21% at ₹1,072.8 crore in the March quarter from ₹888.3 crore in the previous year. Its other income gained 44% to ₹35.8 crore from ₹24.9 crore in the fourth quarter of FY24.
Gravita India's earnings before interest tax depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA), including other income, were up 32% at ₹128.17 crore from ₹97.2 crore in the year-ago period. Its margin expanded to 11.9% from 10.9% in the previous fiscal.
Gravita India's lead business lead the way with its margin expanding to 13% from 10% in the previous year and 11% in the third quarter of FY25.
The company's EBITDA per metric tonne (MT) was up 6% at 20,466 MT from 19,252 MT in the previous year.
Under its earnings before interest and taxes, lead gained 45% to ₹114.1 crore in the March quarter from ₹78.9 crore in the previous fiscal, aluminum was up 53% at ₹4.8 crore from ₹3.13 crore in the year-ago period. Meanwhile, plastics and turnkey projects declined 88% and 98%, respectively.
Shares of Gravita India gained 10.2% to hit an intraday high of ₹1,996 apiece. The stock was up 6.17% at ₹1923.2 apiece at 1.10 pm. While it has gained 18.2% in the past month, it has declined around 30% from its all-time high of ₹2,700 per share.
