Your skin has different priorities at different ages. In your 20s, it’s about prevention. In your 30s, you start to see signs of ageing. By your 40s and 50s, maintaining hydration, firmness, and skin texture becomes key, says Dr Niketa Sonavane, Celebrity Dermatologist and Founder of Ambrosia Aesthetics, Mumbai. “Building a solid foundation early makes it easier to manage skin changes later. Using products based on your age group, not just skin type, can prevent early damage and boost long-term skin health," she says.
