Hero Glamour X Launch Today: Price, features, specs and design updates; Here's all that we know

Hero MotoCorp will introduce the new Glamour X today, further strengthening its hold on the 125cc commuter motorcycle segment. For the company, this category has been a key growth driver for over two decades, catering to urban riders as well as small-town and rural buyers.
The Glamour X is positioned as a commuter that combines affordability, efficiency and modern technology, aimed at both loyal customers and young riders looking for advanced features at a practical price.
The Glamour has long been one of Hero’s most reliable names, balancing comfort, durability and day-to-day usability. Previous versions, such as the Glamour Xtec, introduced digital instrumentation and cosmetic upgrades. The new Glamour X carries forward that legacy while bringing in segment-first innovations.
Hero has promoted the Glamour X as “India’s most futuristic 125cc.” Expected highlights include:
The Glamour X is likely to feature sharper styling, muscular fuel tank shrouds and an angular tail section. The X-shaped LED tail lamp, inspired by Hero’s Xtreme series, gives it a sportier look. New alloy wheels and updated switchgear also add to its premium appeal.
Hero is expected to retain the 124.7cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine producing around 10.7 bhp and 10.6 Nm of torque, paired with a 5-speed gearbox. Minor refinements are likely for smoother delivery and improved ride quality.
The Glamour Xtec currently sells between Rs 90,000 and Rs 95,000 (ex-showroom). With new features like cruise control, riding modes and TFT display, the Glamour X is expected to be priced slightly higher, in the Rs 1 lakh to Rs 1.05 lakh range (ex-showroom). Competitors include the Honda SP 125, TVS Raider 125, Bajaj Pulsar N125 and Hero Xtreme 125R.
