The orders have been won by HFCL along with its material subsidiary HTL Limited and will be executed by May 2026. The total order value of around ₹60.95 crore includes applicable goods and services tax.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, the contract involves the supply of optical fibre cables in line with customer specifications under general contract conditions. The orders have been awarded by a domestic telecom service provider and fall within the normal course of business.
HFCL said the win reaffirms customer confidence in its manufacturing capabilities, technological expertise and product quality. The company added that neither its promoter nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not qualify as a related party deal.

The fresh orders come as telecom operators continue to expand network infrastructure and upgrade fibre connectivity, supporting rising demand for high-speed data services. HFCL is a key player in the telecom equipment space, with a focus on optical fibre solutions and network products.
