HG Infra Engineering secures ₹1,582 crore NHAI contract for Odisha Capital Region Ring RoadShares of HG Infra Engineering Ltd ended at ₹550.60, down by ₹6.85, or 1.23%, on the BSE.By Jomy Jos Pullokaran  February 27, 2026, 10:43:40 PM IST (Published)2 Min ReadInfrastructure company HG Infra Engineering Ltd (HG INFRA) on Friday (February 27) said it has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the construction of a new six-lane access-controlled Capital Region Ring Road Package-III in Odisha.

The project spans from Gobindpur (NH-55) to Tangi near Bandola Toll Plaza (NH-16) with a total length of 40.33 km. The project is awarded under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) with an estimated project cost of ₹1,827.33 crore.

HG Infra Engineering's bid project cost stands at ₹1,582.11 crore, excluding applicable taxes (GST). The construction period for the project is set at 910 days.

Earlier today, HG Infra Engineering said the Court of Special Judge, CBI-1, Patna, has granted anticipatory bail to its Chairman and Managing Director, Harendra Singh, in connection with the ongoing CBI matter. The court also granted bail to four company officials — Anoop Singh, Gaurav Kushwaha, Akash Patra and Dhiraj Virmani — who were released from judicial custody.

The development comes weeks after the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), Patna, conducted search operations on January 21, 2026, at the company’s corporate office in Jaipur, its regional office in Gurugram and a project site in Bihar.

In an exchange filing, the company said it will continue to extend full cooperation to the enforcement agencies and will promptly inform stock exchanges of any further developments in the matter.
