In the same period last fiscal, the company had reported sales volume of 1.22 lakh metric tonne.

The quarterly sales volume increased by nearly 6.9% sequentially from 1.16 lakh metric tonne in the fourth quarter of FY25.

In the fourth quarter, Hi-Tech Pipes reported a 58.8% rise in net profit at ₹18 crore from ₹11 crore in the previous fiscal. Its revenue increased by 7.8% to ₹734 crore from ₹681 crore in the year-ago period.

The company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) dipped 0.9% to ₹34.8 crore from ₹35.1 crore in the fourth quarter of the previous fiscal. Its margin contracted to 4.74% against 5.15% in the year-ago period.

In November last year, Hi-Tech Pipes CEO Anish Bansal told CNBC-TV18 the company is placing greater focus on its domestic business, which is benefiting from favourable market conditions.

Shares of Hi-Tech Pipes were down 0.6% at ₹100.93 apiece. The stock has declined 36.2% this year, so far.
