Highway Infrastructure IPO: The Rs 130 crore initial public offering (IPO) of Highway Infrastructure, which opened for public subscription on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, has been subscribed 23.65 times so far against an offer. The issue will remain open until August 7, 2025.
Ahead of the opening, the company successfully raised Rs 23.4 crore from anchor investors on August 4, 2025.
As of 3:42 pm, the Highway Infrastructure IPO's retail category saw bids of 25.61 times the allocated quota, while the non-institutional investors subscribed 28.34 times their portion.
Meanwhile, the qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) portion fetched nearly 5 times subscription.

The Highway Infrastructure IPO is a book-building issue comprising a fresh issue of Rs 97.52 crore and an offer for sale worth Rs 32.48 crore. The price band for the IPO has been set between Rs 65 and Rs 70 per share.
The allotment is expected to be finalised by August 8, 2025, with a tentative listing date of August 12, 2025, on both BSE and NSE.
As of 1 pm, the Highway Infrastructure IPO's retail category saw the highest response, with bids amounting to 15 times the allocated quota, while the non-institutional investors followed, subscribing 13.38 times their portion.
Meanwhile, the qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) portion also fetched a 100 per cent subscription.
