The company said it has secured a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the operation, management, and maintenance of the Moti Naroli, Ena, and Gandevi Fee Plazas located along the Vadodara–Mumbai Expressway.
This ₹154 crore contract spans key tolling sections across Gujarat, covering multiple packages of the Eight-Lane access‑controlled corridor.
The scope of this contract involves management of toll collection at the Moti Naroli Fee Plaza and maintaining all associated public amenities, including toilet blocks.

Furthermore, the accepted daily remittance is ₹1.71 crores, and the duration of the contract for execution is 90 days.
The company bagged a similar order in December 2025, when it bagged a contract from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) to operate and collect tolls at the Kaza Fee Plaza on the Chilakaluripet–Vijayawada stretch of National Highway 16 in Andhra Pradesh. This order was valued at ₹328.78 crore.
When we look at the company stocks, as mentioned before, the company shares had risen by over 8% earlier in the day. The stock has come down from the highs and is now up 6.39% or ₹3.46. The stock has risen over 5% in the past month, taking the stock price to ₹57.57 per share.
