HUDCO Dividend, Q4 Results: Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO), a largecap PSU, on Wednesday declared a final dividend along with issued the fourth quarter earnings for the financial year of 2024-25.

The PSU firm has approved a final dividend of Rs 1.05 per share with a face value of Rs 10.

"The Board of Directors recommended final dividend at Rs 1.05 per equity share i.e., 10.50 per cent on the face value of Rs 10, for the financial year 2024-25, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM)," according to the company.

The PSU firm posted a 3.93 per cent rise in its consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024–25, to Rs 727.74 crore, an improvement over the Rs 700.16 crore reported in the same quarter of the previous fiscal.

The company delivered a revenue from operations increasing by 40.93 per cent to Rs 2,820.88 crore, compared to Rs 2,001.6 crore in Q4 FY24.

The HUDCO stock closed nearly 2 per cent lower at 214 apiece on NSE.

Since September 14, 2017, HUDCO has declared a total of 16 dividends. In the last 12 months, the company approved dividend of Rs 5.75 per share.
