(HUDCO) informed the exchanges on Thursday, July 17, that it is considering a fund raising proposal up to ₹3,000 crore.
The fund raising will be done through the issuance of unsecured, redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis.
The NCDs will offer a coupon rate of 6.64% per annum, with interest payments scheduled on June 17, 2026, July 17, 2027, and July 17, 2028.
The bonds will be redeemable at par after three years and carry no security or charge over the company's assets. HUDCO has not reported any delays or defaults in interest or principal payments.

Following the announcement, HUDCO shares were trading 0.76% lower at ₹230.81.
