IndiQube signs ₹54 crore workspace deal with GCC client in PuneTech-enabled workspace provider leases 1,140 seats at IndiQube Orchid over five years.By Navneet Singh  March 19, 2026, 5:14:55 PM IST (Published)2 Min ReadIndiQube Spaces Limited said, on Thursday, March 19, that it has signed  a workspace leasing agreement with a leading global capability centre (GCC) client in Pune.

Under the deal, the client has taken up 1,140 seats at IndiQube Orchid, spread across multiple floors. The agreement is valued at around ₹54 crore over a tenure of five years, as per the exchange filing.

Commenting on the development, Rishi Das, Cofounder, IndiQube said, “Over the last few years, we have seen GCCs evolve into strategic hubs that drive innovation and deliver global outcomes."

She added, "Today, nearly 40% of our client portfolio comprises of GCCs. What is becoming increasingly evident is their growing preference for partners like IndiQube, to whom they can fully outsource their workspace requirements.”

Meghna Agarwal, Co-founder, IndiQube, said that what stood out in this engagement was how the space has been designed closely around the client’s global operating needs—bringing together labs, server rooms, collaborative hubs, focused bays, phone booths, and training zones within a single integrated workplace.

She stated, "Our strong recall within the GCC ecosystem comes from consistently delivering such tailored environments PAN India.”

Earlier, on March 17, IndiQube Spaces Limited had informed stock exchanges that its promoters have acquired additional equity shares through open market transactions.

Meghna Agarwal, promoter, and Ashu Agarwal, part of the promoter group, together acquired 1,14,751 equity shares of the company during the period from February 16, 2026 to March 16, 2026.
