The contract covers the design, development, engineering, manufacturing, supply, and supervision of the erection, testing, and commissioning of a grid-synchronised solar power plant rated 54 MW AC (70.20 MWp DC). The project will be set up across multiple locations in Rajasthan under the KUSUM Scheme.

"We are pleased to announce that our subsidiary Insolation Green Infra Private Limited has received a turnkey project order valued at ₹ 232.36 Crores (Rupees Two Hundred Thirty Two Crores Thirty Six Lakh Twenty Thousand Only) excluding GST," according to a stock exchange filing.
The order is domestic in nature and is expected to be executed over the financial years 2025 to 2027. Insolation Energy confirmed that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in Silgo Retail Ltd, and the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.
Shares of Insolation Energy Ltd ended at ₹183.10, down by ₹4.55, or 2.42%, on the BSE.
