Luxury carmaker Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) said on Tuesday that its production halt will continue till Wednesday, September 24, with its forensic investigation underway into a cybersecurity breach-related incident. Tata Motors shares declined in Tuesday's session after seesawing in a narrow range around the flatline.
"We have taken this decision as our forensic investigation into the cyber incident continues, and as we assess the various stages of a controlled restart of our global operations, which will take time," said the UK-based carmaker in a statement.
Jaguar Land Rover accounts for almost 70 per cent of Tata Motors' revenue on a consolidated basis.
