Jaro Institute IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research Limited closed for subscription on September 25. The issue was subscribed 22.06 times overall, according to the provisional exchange data. 

The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised today, September 26, followed by the credit of shares to the respective demat accounts of successful bidders.

Investors who have applied to the Jaro Institute IPO can check their allotment status on the websites of BSE, NSE, or the issue registrar, Bigshare Services.

Jaro Institute IPO received an overall bid for 8.21 crore shares against the total of 37.23 lakh shares on offer. The IPO is a book-built issue of Rs 450 crore, comprising a fresh issue of Rs 170 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs 280 crore. 

Price band: Rs 846 to Rs 890 per equity share

Subscription period: September 23 to September 25

Minimum investment: Rs 14,240 for 16 shares based on the upper price band

Listing date: September 30, 2025, on BSE and NSE
