Kalpataru Projects Q3 Results: Profit up as record revenue, strong order book sustain growthKalpataru Projects reported steady Q3 growth with record revenue, improved profitability and a robust order book, even as margins softened year-on-year amid execution intensity.By Sheersh Kapoor  February 4, 2026, 6:02:07 PM IST (Published)2 Min ReadKalpataru Projects International Ltd (KPIL) posted a steady performance in the December quarter, reporting a 7% year-on-year rise in net profit to ₹152 crore, compared with ₹142 crore a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter climbed 16.3% to ₹6,665 crore from ₹5,732 crore, reflecting continued execution momentum across key businesses. EBITDA increased 7.2% year-on-year to ₹512.7 crore, although margins moderated to 7.7% from 8.3% in the corresponding quarter last year.

Ahead of the earnings announcement, shares of Kalpataru Projects International closed at ₹1,124.25 on the NSE, down 0.44%.

The company said growth momentum remained intact, supported by robust demand in its transmission and distribution (T&D) and buildings and factories (B&F) businesses.

Order inflows for FY26 stood at approximately ₹19,456 crore year-to-date, with the company also being favourably placed or L1 in additional projects worth around ₹7,000 crore. The consolidated order book stood at ₹63,287 crore as of December 31, 2025.

During January 2026, KPIL received fresh orders worth about ₹1,782 crore, largely from the T&D and B&F segments. It also completed the sale of the Vindhyachal road asset in January 2026 for an enterprise value of approximately ₹799 crore, subject to post-closing adjustments.

Commenting on the results, Managing Director and CEO Manish Mohnot said the company delivered a broad-based performance in Q3, driven by healthy revenue growth, a strong order book and improved financial discipline.
