Revenue for the quarter increased 20.3% to ₹711.8 crore, compared with ₹591.6 crore a year ago, reflecting steady demand across segments.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) surged 69.4% to ₹186 crore from ₹109.8 crore, with EBITDA margins expanding sharply to 26.1% from 18.5% in the same period last year.

Following the earnings announcement, shares of the company rallied, touching an intraday high of ₹1510 on the BSE, up over 12% on Monday, as investors reacted positively to the earnings growth and capital allocation decisions.

The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹8.50 per equity share of face value ₹2 each, translating to a 425% payout for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting scheduled for July 21, 2026. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on or after the AGM through the National Electronic Clearing System.

In addition, the board has approved a sub-division of equity shares, proposing to split shares of face value ₹2 each into two shares of face value Re 1 each, subject to shareholder approval. The move is aimed at improving stock liquidity and enhancing accessibility for retail investors.
