Signpost India Ltd shares closed marginally higher at ₹243 on the NSE on February 23.By Navneet Singh  February 23, 2026, 8:29:34 PM IST (Published)2 Min ReadSignpost India Limited, a digital out-of-home (DOOH) media enterprise, said it has been granted exclusive outdoor advertising rights by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation under the ‘Kolkata Streetscape Renaissance’ project through the public-private partnership (PPP) mode in a ₹450-crore deal over 10 years.

The contract covers prominent stretches including Park Street (Mother Teresa Sarani) from Jawaharlal Nehru Road to Mullick Bazar Crossing, Camac Street (Abanindranath Sarani), Theatre Road (Shakespeare Sarani), and Park-o-Mat.

The time period by which the order has to be executed is 10 years, extendable by two years.

The gross advertising revenue for the company is projected at approximately ₹450 crore. Signpost has to pay KMC an annual fee of ₹16.38 crore, that will 5% increase every three years. This total projected revenue for KMC is ₹250 crore, including state GST.

Recently on February 9, the company had informed that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the board of directors, it has approved the appointment of Kinjal Mistry as the company secretary and as compliance officer.

In the quarter ended December, Signpost India reported revenue of ₹142.34 crore, marking a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) increase of 6.21% from ₹134.02 crore. On a year-on-year (YoY) basis, revenue grew by 26.85%.

The firm's net profit for the quarter stood at ₹18.13 crore, up 15.77% QoQ from ₹15.66 crore.
