Lenskart IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of Lenskart Solutions concluded its second day of public subscription today, November 3, with the issue subscribed 2.01 times, as per the provisional exchange. The public offer will remain open for bidding till November 4, 2025. The eyewear company aims to raise Rs 7,278.02 crore through the public offering.
The IPO received robust demand from investors and was fully subscribed on the first day of its public bidding. The basis of allotment of the IPO shares is expected to be finalised on November 6, 2025, and the stock is likely to list on the stock exchanges on November 10, 2025, tentatively.
At the end of the session, investors bid for 20.09 crore shares against the total shares on offer. The subscription includes bids from institutional buyers, institutional investors and retail investor categories who booked the issue 1.64 times, 1.88 times and 3.33 times against their allotted portions, respectively.
In terms of shares, the QIBs, NIIs, and RIIs booked 8.87 crore, 5.10 crore and 6.01 crore shares against their allotted portions, respectively.
The Lenskart IPO is a book-build issue of Rs 7,278.02 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 5.35 crore shares and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 12.76 crore shares.
The IPO has allocated 50 per cent, 35 per cent and 15 per cent of the net offer for the QIB, NII and retail investor categories, respectively.
Price band: Rs 382 to Rs 402 apiece (with a face value of Rs 2 per equity share)

Established in 2008, Lenskart Solutions Ltd is India’s largest omnichannel eyewear retailer with over 2,800 stores (including 669 overseas). The company operates across 22 brands and sub-brands.
It boasts a vertically integrated model, designing, manufacturing, and selling eyewear products directly to consumers, which helps in cost efficiency and better quality control.
Financially, Lenskart Solutions reported a significant increase in revenue by 25 per cent and profit after tax (PAT) rose by 3028 per cent for the financial year ending March 31, 2025, compared to the year ending March 31, 2024.
