Listed firms' accountability not limited only to shareholders: SEBI Chairman

SEBI Chairman Tuhin Kanta Pandey said on Friday that the accountability of listed companies is not limited only to shareholders, stating that corporate governance acts as the foundation for the growth of the market.
In the coming days, he said, the role of company secretaries in listed companies is set to expand.
