LTIMindtree Ltd on Thursday (October 16) has declared an interim dividend of ₹22 per equity share of face value₹1 each for the financial year 2025–26.

The company said the dividend will be paid within 30 days of declaration to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members or in the list of Beneficial Owners provided by the depositories as on Friday, October 24, 2025, which has been fixed as the record date for this purpose.
