Even after completing one month of hitting theatres, Ashwin Kumar's animated film Mahavatar Narsimha still shows no sign of slowing down. The mythological movie has earned a total of Rs 233 crore. On its 32nd day, the film collected an estimated Rs 1.35 crore.
The film's extraordinary success has surprised both industry insiders and trade experts, despite its small budget of roughly 10 to 15 crore. After a month-long run through the fifth Sunday, Mahavatar Narishma has earned 302 crore worldwide, setting new standards for the genre while demonstrating the power of Indian animated narrative.
This film is directed by Ashwin Kumar and produced by Kleem Productions and presented by Hombale Films. Alongside high-profile live-action blockbusters like Chhaava, Saiyaara, Coolie, and War 2, the movie has also joined an exclusive group as the fifth Indian film of 2025 to reach the 300 crore mark.
