Mahindra Lifespaces, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has announced the launch of Mahindra Blossom, a premium residential project in Whitefield, Bengaluru, with a potential Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 1,900 crore.

"Mahindra Blossom is poised to become one of the most distinguished addresses in the micro-market. This launch reinforces Mahindra Lifespaces’ continued focus on deepening its presence in Bengaluru, one of its core strategic markets," the company said in its exchange filing.

According to the filing, this project marks Mahindra's third Net Zero residential development in the city.

Mahindra Blossom is conceptualised as an exclusive low-density community that combines modern living with sustainability. The development offers 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK homes with cross-ventilated layouts, Vaastu-compliant entries, expansive balconies, and thoughtfully designed spaces to maximise light, air, and views. Select residences feature walk-in wardrobes and 20-foot-long balconies, blending elegance with functionality.

The project has been designed with 75 per cent of the area consisting of open-to-sky spaces; furthermore, it combines sustainable urban planning with climate-responsive architecture, thus mirroring Mahindra Lifespaces’ determination to create Homes of Positive Energy.

The new Mahindra Blossom project is right in front of Hopefarm Channasandra metro station, thus, getting Bangalore's IT and employment areas connected to it with the best transportation facility. The area around the project is dotted with the best schools, colleges, hospitals, entertainment areas, and shopping places, which are all within 5 km, thus making it one of the best-connected residential areas in Whitefield.

The entire development spread over 97,000 sq ft has everything from a clubhouse, Bougainvillaea canopies, and a half-Olympic-size swimming pool to two jogging tracks, two badminton courts, a pet park, and community spaces that are well-thought-out. With high-street retail integrated, the daily needs of the residents are met conveniently, thus supporting a balanced and holistic lifestyle for them.

Mahindra Blossom has received the pre-certification for IGBC Green Homes and IGBC Net Zero Waste, which is a clear indication of the company’s commitment to developing future-ready and eco-friendly living.

"With its unique combination of strategic location, design excellence, expansive openness, and green certifications, the project embodies the company’s mission of transforming urban landscapes through sustainable communities," the company stated in its filing.

Commenting on the launch, Vimalendra Singh, Chief Business Officer–Residential, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd, said, “Bengaluru is a key market in our strategy to scale residential development across strong, end-user-driven cities. Mahindra Blossom reflects this focus by offering well-designed, sustainable homes in a premium location."

"Whitefield continues to show steady absorption supported by connectivity improvements and a deep employment base. Our previous launches in Bengaluru have validated the brand’s strength with tremendous customer response, and we are confident that Mahindra Blossom will build on that momentum,” he added.
