Major largecap auto firm set to announce Q4 results, dividend; check out date

M&M Q4 Results, M&M Dividend Update: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd (M&M), an automobile giant, is set to announce its Q4 FY25 earnings and consider a dividend declaration on May 5, 2025.

The company has informed the stock exchanges that its board of directors will meet on that day to review the quarterly financial performance and make a decision on the final dividend for FY25.

In Q3 FY25, M&M reported year-on-year growth driven by higher sales volumes in its SUV and tractor segments.

The upcoming results will shed light on the company’s performance during the final quarter of the financial year amid fluctuating rural demand and input cost pressures.

Investors are also eyeing the dividend payout, as M&M has a consistent history of rewarding shareholders.

Last year, the company declared a final dividend of ₹16.25 per share.

The major auto company has issued 24 dividends since June 26, 2003. In the last 12 months, it declared an equity dividend of ₹21.10 per share.

Shares of the large-cap auto firm, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, ended nearly 1 per cent lower at ₹2,905.80. In the past one year, the stock surged over 40 per cent, and over 650 per cent in the past five years.
