According to the official statement the event aims to provide a direct platform for industry representatives to discuss import-related challenges with the ministry and seek timely solutions.

The Open House will run from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm, with specific time slots communicated via email.

Walk-in participants will not be allowed due to logistic challenges, and only one representative per organization can attend. This is to ensure everyone gets a chance to participate smoothly.
